The inspection trip organized for investors through Belgrave was a worthwhile exercise and set into context there business model which served to raise confidence in purchasing other properties through them in the in the future. Serious buy to let investors should look closely at the opportunities available in the Atlanta area and especially the returns obtainable which far outweigh those in the UK in both yield and the long term potential for capital growth.

The willingness of the team to offer a personal service comes across especially in resolving any issues that might arise which is important in light of the distance involved and helps to make the process straight forward.

The instore staff (Mark) and Chris (Manager) were extremely helpful. (7pm Weds 1/2/12) Did everything they could to arrange delivery of a much needed fridge freezer within good time. They kept me posted on what was going to happen and when. And by 10.30am Fri 3/2/12 my items were delivered. So grateful for this great customer service. Thank you!

Since the FLABeLOS machine has been delivered we would like to say how impressed and delighted we are with our results. My husband uses it 10 minutes a day 5 days a week, the transformation has been amazing. I use it for 30 minutes a day 5 days a week and I cant believe how much my body shape has changed. I have lost over 1 inch off each tight and my arms are now really toned. Before buying this machine, I seemed to spend all my spare time down the gym and never really got results that I have achieved from this machine!

Superb - A Gastro Pub that Gordon couldn't find a fault with!
It has just re-opened under new management and with an excellent young chef that got the previous restaurant he worked at a Michelin listing. Mine host 'Titch' made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the bar. A roaring fire took the chill of the January night away instantly. The menu is simply scrumptious, with something for everyone, including a good number of vegetarian dishes, without being exhaustive. The emphasis is clearly: fresh, freshly prepared, healthy and hearty. I opted for the prawn cocktail which was excellent executed and the fish of the day (Pollock). There was an option of batter of breaded. I couldn't decide so they cut the fillet in two and one was done in batter and the other bread crumbs. Both were superb. I enjoyed an excellent pint of real ale and he has an great selection of wine, having previously worked in the wine trade he has an exhaustive knowledge so he can really guide you, several ladies were receiving instruction while I was there. Many wines are available by the glass so you can do the fine dining experience of having a different wine with each course. The prices are very reasonable and my fish and chips was 7.50 but a half fillet (which would have been enough) can be had for 4.50.

The Flabelos machine is a great, new part of my exercise regime. Now that Ive got over my initial hysterical reaction to it, I find it really works muscles I dont think I realised existed! I can certainly feel the effects on particular areas of my body and its ideal that a short burst can (hopefully!) achieve the desired effect! Love it!

Its one of those old fashioned hardware stores that has been around since the 50's and has not changed one bit, and sells its stuff at a fraction of the big diy stores, you can buy one screw or one nail you don'tget robbed because you have to buy a bag full that you don't require.

I have paid for my FLABeLOS in approx 11 days, I have to open earlier so I can fit in all the appointments for the day the machine is on for 12 solid hours. At approx 3.50 to 4.50 per 10 minute session, it is making me money with very little effort.

Just a short note to thank James and Mike at Belgrave for their help on our visit to Atlanta, we had looked into the purchase of a property in Atlanta for quite a while and with help from yourself plus all the contacts you put forward we opted for the Stone Mountain/Lithonia district. We were wary and unsure what we might find, could it be a photograph on the lawn? was it what we were told and expecting?

Well yes it was this and more. Atlanta is a lovely and huge place with the people being very friendly, Stone Mountain which is about 20 minutes from the centre of Atlanta is green with lots and lots of trees we thought it was like the UK with sun, our house is fantastic and a bargain, we have tenants in and have been paid on the dot into our new bank account set up by Belgrave and Shirley..the legal's were easy and all very pain-less. We are looking at another purchase early next year (2012) and we will be buying a bigger property 4-5 bedroom. Many thanks and keep in touch.

Brilliiant! 5 stars (although the graphic won't let me). I bought a van from Wheels Van Centre (Feltham), which developed running problems. There was also a noise from the back axle within the first 3 months. Under guaruntee, they replaced the back axle, engine block, propshaft UJ and clutch. Although they had diagonstic problems, they never gave up and during the time in their garage, they lent me a rental van FOC. so my business could continue. They kept me informed throughout, and I was delighted with their service. I shall buy my next van from them without doubt, and will recommend Wheels Van Centre to all my commercial friends.

Dear Paul,

You catered our civil partnership in Hampstead back in December; I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you.

Your staff were amazing and the food was delicious. We were so impressed that your team arrived while we were out, set everything up and then served 160 adults and children without any fuss, or direction from us; usually just feeding four people out of that kitchen is major palaver.

The team on the night were also brilliant with us and our guests, and many of our guests have said how impressed they were with the food and the service.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to all Belgrave Group for such a fantastic weekend in Atlanta. Thanks for showing us around and for your generous hospitality.

I have to admit that I had expected the houses to be run down and in bad areas, but they were quite the opposite, and I really didn't expect that!

I'm so pleased that we went there to see for ourselves and I can now relax knowing that my investment is in safe and capable hands. I would definately be purchasing another property there - my only disappointment was that you sold out on this trip.

We had such a great time that we are planning to go back there again for a longer holiday, there was so much to see and do - I do absolutely love Atlanta, so much nicer than Las Vegas or Florida and the people were very welcoming. Just Wish I had stayed a little longer.

I am 63 years old, I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (M.E) that came about after I had breast cancer and Rheumatoid Arthritis in March 2000. I have tried diets and joined a gym, but I had no strength in my body and a lot of pain. The weight just piled on and on (14st 10lbs).

Tried level 1 on the FLABeLOS weight loss machine to build up my muscles and circulation, brilliant! I did not get tired and have lost 6.3/4inch 7lb+ in first month, since then I have never looked back. In 9months, I have lost 29inch and actual weight loss to date is 3st.12lb.

I would like to take this opportunity of expressing my thanks and appreciation for all the expertise, care, friendliness and professionalism extended to our client, Mary, who sadly passed away in Basingstoke Hospital on 8 March 2011, after a brief illness, of pneumonia.

It certainly goes a long way to the caring of my clients when they are happy and content with the care they receive from carers provided from companies such as your own.

Mary only ever was happy with the service provided by your staff, especially Jeanette, who attended her more regularly than others.

I would also like to say how much the assistance afforded me with extra medication and my requests for showering etc. On specific days (to accommodate dressing changes on Mary's legs) were always complied to. Further, how the notes from carers on their observations afforded me valuable information when assessing Mary and making arrangements for professional medical visits, e.g. Doctors, District Nurses, etc.

I must also commend your office staff for their professional approach and knowledge of my client whenever I telephoned.

From my experience with your company, and my contented client as support, I would certainly take pleasure in recommending your services whenever I am afforded the opportunity.

Keep up your good work - it truly is appreciated by more people than you know.

My stay at The Royal Exeter Hotel in Bournemouth was at a quiet time of the year, however l was made to feel Welcome and had a good stay. The only thing that could be improved was the shower in the bathroom.
