Hands-On Properties (London Office)

Hands-On Properties specialise in advising home buyers how best to save money using new and innovative tax strategies aimed at reducing their Stamp Duty Land Tax liabilities. Our clients save between 40% and 60% of this enormous, and often overlooked, cost associated with property purchases.

Stamp Duty is a tax on mobility. The high levels of money individuals are being asked to pay by HMRC, money that has already been taxed numerous times, make it even harder for you to buy that dream home. Well not any more. It simply doesn't have to be that way.

We do not pretend we can assist every one we speak to, but we can help most people and probably you. We hold a 100% success rate with the clients we do work with. In offering you a high quality service we utilise the most up to date and safest tax structures available to home buyers along with superlative insurance. This guarantees you only pay for well-founded advice.

If this makes sense to you please contact us soon before your purchase progresses too far, and we can decide together if any of our service options are relevant to your situation.

Review for Hands-On Properties (London Office)
My wife and I approached Tim Coe of Hands on Property to assist us in the conveyancing of a house at the end of 2009. Our purchase price was 310,000 pounds; without the help of Tim, this would have left us liable to pay a stamp duty fee of 9,300 pounds. Tim and his colleagues reduced the amount by 39% after all standard conveyancing fees, meaning that we paid just 5,749 pounds. This was a saving of 3,551 pounds which came in very handy for restoration work which we would otherwise have been unable to afford.

The solicitors that Tim put us in touch with were friendly, transparent, professional and did a marvellous job and the whole conveyancing process ran very smoothly.

We would highly recommend that anyone purchasing a property consults Tim Coe of Hands on Property as he provides an excellent service and the savings are genuine and legitimate.

We recently bought a property that attracted 11,550 pounds of Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT). Tim Coe of Hands-On Properties made it possible for this figure to be reduced to 7,306 pounds, hence a saving of 4, 244 pounds.

We used his recommended solicitor for the purchase conveyancing and the transaction went to plan with no extra effort on our part.

If you are considering saving money with Tim, then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his scheme.

Review for Hands-On Properties (London Office)
My wife and I used Tim Coe's money saving opportunity when we recently bought our new home.

We bought at 320,000 pounds and saved 4,080 pounds on our SDLT due of 9,600 pounds.

Although we had to use a different solicitor (one supplied) we did not find this a problem and they processed our purchase in the normal way keeping us in contact throughout.

Obviously the money came in very handy in our new home and we liked the fact we received it so soon after moving in.

We would strongly recommend Tim Coe's services at Hands On Property as he has saved us a considerable amount of money and has been in constant contact all the way through ensuring that the process ran as smoothly as possible.

Our only regret is that we did not hear of Tim sooner and he could have saved us money on our previous purchase 6 years ago.

My partner and I used Tim Coe of Hands-On Properties to assist in your house purchase at the end of 2009.

Our property purchase price was 310,000 pounds and under normal circumstances, that would leave us with a hefty 9,300 pounds of Stamp Duty Land Tax to pay. Tim and his colleagues reduced this amount by 41% and after all fees we only ended up paying 5,928 pounds.

We saved 3,371 pounds which came in very handy in our new home. This money came to us only a few weeks after we moved in.

The solicitors we used on Tim's recommendation were extremely helpful and there were no setbacks with the transaction. It didn't take any longer than it normally would either. I would even say because of the good communication between Tim and his solicitors and the very positive and helpful attitude the whole transaction was wrapped up even quicker and more importantly less painful.

I would not hesitate to recommend Hands-On Properties for your property purchase I'd highly recommend you do, otherwise you are simply throwing money away.

We used Tim Coe's compnay Hands-On properties to structure the purchase of our property so that we could reduce the SDLT. We ended up paying 11,562 pounds instead of 25,500 pounds (stamp duty @4%) on a purchase price of 637,500 pounds.

We used the solicitor supplied (Raymond Saul and Co) and found both them and Hands-On Properties to be helpful, friendly and efficient.

We would recommend Tim Coe, and I am contactable on email (michael.kyritsis@gmail.com) or mobile (07799768053 preferably between 6:30 and 7:30 in the evenings)

Personal friendly service from Tim at Hands on Properties. It felt like you were dealing with a much larger organisation.

It's a Win Win situation for stamp duty; worse case you would have to pay it back in the future.
