Having carefully selected a full set of Westminster Garden Furniture from fci for 3500 pounds, I was disappointed to find a small fault with my new table when it arrived. I called fci and they could not have been more helpful co-coordinating an exchange 2 days later, dismantling my current table and making the new one, with full back up from their customer services team.

I am now in the process of buying a dining table and chairs from fci.
