Mark's seminar in Manchester was great, he really takes his Business coaching to the next level.

I gained great value from Mark's assistance in defining business goals and strategy. His experience and advice has given me greater focus and will assist with driving forward my work. The reason I contacted Mark Dyble, ActionCOACH initially was because my company was coming to the end of our research and development period, and I realised we needed guidance to make that all important change from a research and development company to a sales focussed company.My only experience of sales focus was through the website we set up to show off our products.

As for company development this was limited to the research of new products. Coming to the end of our R&D we were left with 17 proven, tested and effective self help audio titles and very little knowledge of how to proceed into sales and marketing.

I went to one of Marks presentations and realised I had a lot of learning and catching up to do in many areas, and decided then that I needed his guidance.To be honest I didn?t find it particularly easy, it was so new, planning and strategy, market awareness, working on the business and not in it was not easy either, for there was still plenty of work to do, in addition to this new learning.

Suffice to say I survived my time with Mark, he showed me great patience, I found him an excellent tutor, he has good lateral thinking and solution based approach to his thinking. I found him also very fair and encouraging.

From all this, our company has now more structure and more sales. We have even signed a new distributor in the state of New York which has increased our sales in the US significantly with plans already in place to develop the relationship even further.

Anyone considering working with Mark I would simply say do it! Finding the time is not always easy, but it is necessary to do so.The journey may not be the easiest you will ever take, but it certainly won?t be the most difficult, but it could be some of the most rewarding, both financially and personally.

My main thrust for starting work with business coach Mark Dyble was looking for help in achieving next level growth through ActionCOACH.

Initially it took me some time to even listen to Marks introductory CD's mainlybecause of time (the main CD runs for 90 minutes) and the simple fact that I was cynical and therefore to a degree couldn't be bothered.One evening I sat down determined to either give it a go or write it off.I liked what I heard and was impressed enough by the testimonials to invite Mark round to see what he could offer.At the end of his short meeting I was convinced enough to buy into the fact that even thoughMark didn't know my businesses his methodical system had to be better than continue on the lines of recent past.

I was still a little cynical but was very open to learn.I figured that if I knew it all I would already be the head of a real business empire with money to burn.Dear reader I am at neither of these.

We started (with my approval) a quite intense programme that put me under a bit of pressure.I find it quite easy to be open to learning and found that this aspect is the key to the partnership with Mark.

I found that his background was sufficiently diverse to offer significant andmeaningful input into answering some of the issues that were concerning me abouthow to grow my companies.Mark comes with a different set of questions that you can't get from your friends (often because of the sole fact they are your friends and don't want to challenge you) or people inside your organisation (who be virtue of the fact they either work for you or with you have got used to current culture).Quite quickly I became refocused on my not just my business goals but also the untamed demon called work/life balance.

What were problems have turned into solvable challenges even though the end result may be some time in the future.Being the busy person that you may be I think the idea of regular meeting with goals set by myself rather than Mark have also brought time frames into real perspective.That that I saw as taking weeks have been shortening into projects that have completed in days.As important the team are getting the idea that something special is happening in our organisations.It's still early days but I'm very excited about everything both work and home.

We just want to thank Mark Dyble at ActionCOACH for all the positive changes that have happened in our business since we started working together. It?s not been all plain sailing and I know that there are still touch times ahead, but I know that we?ll get through them and get through them easier with you pushing us and supporting us.

I?ve never had a problem coming up with ideas but I now have someone making sure that I?m turning them into action. They don?t all work but I know that I?m learning from each experience and getting better all the time. I think we?d have kept doing the same old things if you hadn?t opened our eyes and encouraged us and supported us in doing new things.

A big plus of your coaching for me personally is that I?m now starting to feel more comfortable with and more in control of the finances, particularly the cashflow.

Time management too - or self-management as you call it ? has always been a challenge. The coaching has given my practical ideas to get better at it. More importantly your support and encouragement and having something to aim for has motivated me to get it sorted. Much tougher to be self-disciplined when you don?t have someone along side you. As you say, it?s like having a personal trainer banging on your door at 6 in the morning!

As you know all too well, we?ve had some tough customer issues to sort over the last year. Having someone calm, objective and totally supportive at the end of the phone when things don?t go according to plan has been a God send.

The Growth Club Planning Days are great and I enjoy going to your seminars ? I always get something out of them and it?s always great to meet other like-minded people. I?ve even met some of the same people several times now and they?ve become friends.

As you know, I?ve got plans for other businesses and other ventures and I couldn?t really imaging embarking on those things now without a coach.

For anyone who wants to make their business (and their life) better, give coaching a go. You only get one chance at this life so you might as well get the best from it.
