I have bought several items through the energy saving team and their associates, my blackberry is the best thing I can remember buying for a long time, it has saved me money.
In all the above, I have found James to be honest, he could have sold me other devices, but said they would not help, he also looked at commercial premises that I am invloved with and said for the moement we were better to stay with the present supplier until the end of the contract.
Not only that you get after sales service.

Customer care, customer care, customer care is the very distinctive trademark for how James does business. He is passionate about his products and passionate about getting the process right from beginning to end for all of his clients.
To say that James goes the extra mile is an understatement.
I have given many referrals to James and will continue to assist him in growing his business.

I have used The Energy Saving Team both privately for domestic work; and professionally as a source to refer my clients to for their broadband/phone service requirements.
For some reason, which is probably down to dedication and expert knowledge they've been able to provide services where larger companies apparently could not. The excellent working knowledge and customer relationship management skills of Susan and James mean that your clients will get better value for money than anywhere else on the market.
I will continue to comfortably refer my clients and colleague to James and Susan, confident in the knowledge that their enquiries will be handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

how refreshing - for people in business to put their customers concerns and problems above all else.
Susan and James put themselves out to ensure the customer is happy with the outcome no matter how much hassle they have to go through with existing suppliers in order to get all the information they need.
Totally trustworthy and excellent customer care.
