Handling bad debt and financial issues with customers is a tricky issue at the best of times, even with customers we know very well, so having an approachable, friendly service like Camelot helps us control the situations in an amicable way, whilst keeping our customers on-side, feeling they are being spoken to by a human being rather than a heavy-handed bailif! We often use Camelot for initial credit checks on new customers, as well as to settle unpaid debts and find their service down-to-earth, highly professional and above all handled in a way to ensure the future of customer-relations between the client concerned and our business.

I am writing to thank you for your help in recovering the debt from the recent slow payer. Despite all my reminders, and the delicate nature of the relationship, I had still not had any money after 12 months. You took it over, were polite and persistent, and I think being a 3rd party helped, too. Being able to pass the problem to you was a huge relief, as I felt I had done all that I reasonable could. However, your professional intervention worked, as he gave me the cheque for the full amount yesterday.
I had more or less written off the debt, and realise that, even in your hands, it does not always work out well. But in this case it did, and I am sure it is the result of your professional approach.
I am delighted with your services, and will recommend it to anybody, and give you a reference if you ever need it.
