Share on FacebookMindfullybeing is engaged in the health and wellbeing of people in Scotland by offering Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme which are now increasingly researched, recognised and used by leading medical institutions in the healthcare settings worldwide.
The skill we teach is Mindfulness (Secular Approach); a form of meditation which trains you in paying attention to the present moment, using techniques like body and breath awareness, gentle physical movements and kindness meditation. It helps you to become more aware of our thoughts and feelings so that instead of being overwhelmed by them (feeling Stressed), you are better able to manage the Stress and the Stressful situation.
