I know Bill personally, he handled my mum in law and my brother in the most respectful manner. He is way above another funeral director in the 01501 tel area who was more like a Insurance Agent than an undertaker, who showed no remorse and demanded most of the costs upfront!

They were completely respectful at all times, nothing was a problem and I never had to think of anything it was all taken care of. It was such a hard time during the loss of my husband, but the caring attitude and professionalism that was amazing I couldnt thank them enough, would recommend to anyone.

Professionalism, that you expect from an independently funeral directors.
Having initially let the co-operative funeral service (Thomas Browns Broxburn) where they totally made a complete shambles.
I asked Thomas Grieve to take over the management of my late mother and they were wonderful, professional, courteous and respectful of our needs.
