Our company has been successfully trading now for over ten years. Most of that time with the same dedicated workforce.

I had realised that to take the company forward to the place where I wanted it to be, my employees would have to join me in my vision for the future. However, the uncertainty of how to start the change process had bothered me tremendously. My fear was in taking the first step.

Iain and Bruce came to our office and after a few sessions with myself and my office manager, formulated a plan to take it to the next level.

We had our first team meeting two weeks ago with all of our employees and the results are fantastic.

I can only liken the experience to my first skydive. Taking the first step out of the aeroplane at 13,500 feet was frightening but I felt safe because I was firmly strapped to an experience sky diver with over 2,000 jumps. After dropping such a long way we landed exactly on target back at the airfield.

I'm sure over the next few months we will have to make a few minor adjustments to land on target but I?m confident with Action behind me the process will be simple and effective.
