After an initial meeting, it was explained to me, in detail, what documents and record keeping were required of me. The costs involved were explained and totally transparent.

When my financial year ended I handed my books over to TaxAssist. TaxAssist dealt with everything in a fast and efficient manner and, after requesting some aditional paperwork, my tax return was completed and returned with me within a couple of weeks.

I am extremely happy with the process which has been both simple and effective.

Having visited the BNI with an old colleague last year I enquired about whether someone could put me in touch with a professional company of accountants who could advise me on starting up and administering the accounts for a small start up business. Very shortly afterwards I received a call from TaxAssist in St Albans.

Having called him back and we met at the office in Harpenden. After a very interesting introductory meeting about setting up the business I came away both excited and relieved that the financial aspects of the business could be monitored, managed and audited by TaxAssist with very little impact for me on the daily running of the business.
