Thank you very much Prime Care Community Services for arranging recently for the use of a car, which has enabled the carer to take my mother out to the sea and other trips which she enjoys very much, and speaks of with pleasure.

I have particularly appreciated the team at Prime Care's readiness to respond to Mum's changing needs over the past few months, it makes such a difference knowing that Mum was being supported by such caring people.

What has really made me grateful is that your staff are ready to deal with the whole person and talk over one's mental or psychological needs, and give good advice too.

I would like you to know that having had three agencies, you by far provide the best service.The care I receive from my carers was excellent but I am also aware that the office staff also play an important role.
