I know that she was very happy at Wisteria, anyone can look after someone but the difference is that you care too. It has been so fast to get to know you all and hope that we keep in touch.

Talking to the other ladies, so different from when she was in her flat, on her own, confused and frightened.

There are too many people to single out, but valerie deserves special praise for her high standards of team management and we feel that Mum's time at Wisteria Lodge in Horndean was greatly enhanced by her presence.
I know I have told you many times before that Wisteria Lodge is exceptional: the quality of the decor and the general environment, the open door policy to management, the feeling of being part of a big family, the dedication of the staff, etc. I could go on and on... You richly deserve the high ratings you recieve from the Care Inspection body.

Finally, we would like to thank you and Martina for all the support and patience and for making Mum's final days as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Dear Rosa,

We are now home after taking my mother to Swansea. Thank you and all your staff at Wisteria Lodge Care Home for making my Mother so welcome while with you she enjoyed each day.

It is with a certain amount of sadness that my Mother will not be spending any time here with us in future, as both my sisters and I had come to the conclusion that my Mother needed continuity as she was getting a little confused as well as needing constant care.
