Grateful thanks to all of you for helping to look after Ron over these months. we couldn't have done it without you! I'm sure Ron appreciated it although he couldn't say.

I wish to thank you and your staff for the patience and help you gave me during the time I was at Port Solent

The service provided to my grandmother, especially towards the end was exceptional. Doris was suffering from multiple myeloma and was disabled as a result, cancer took hold quickly and her decline was rapid.

Your staff showed empathy and compassion right to the end. You should feel privileged that you have staff that show such genuine kindness and compassion, it is rare and they should be rewarded for their efforts.

Without your care, I would not have managed to look after Ron at home, which was where he wanted to be.

I am writing following the review with WC to pass on my thanks on behalf of the Social Services Department. The car that Mrs C has received from your team on her return home from Nursing Care has been exceptional. Mrs C has reported that all the carers who have visited her have been professional and caring and carried out any tasks willingly.

I feel that with the very large care package it has been crucial that continuity and good communication and reliability have been maintained at all times to ensure that this lady remains safely at home as is her wish. her quality of life has been very much improved and your team's assistance and the carers have been happy to follow up any concerns efficiently and promptly.

I am writing to say a big thank you for what your carer did for me. I had not been well for two weeks, I was unable to keep any food or drink down. When she came to see me you she said I looked ill and insisted that I called the Doctor while she was in my home. She thought that I was badly dehydrated. The Doctor came and sent me into hospital. If it had not been for your Carer's insistence and observation of my condition things could have been a lot worse. She knew that I was dehydrated and needed hospital treatment she made sure that the Doctor was called. I went into hospital and if I had not had the treatment when I did I could have died. So I owe your carer a big thank you. I would just like you know that I think she is a very good carer and a credit to your company Homecare

Jenny and family would like to thank the team very much for the great care and attention shown to Bill during his terrible illness, especially T, L, D & J. You always treated Bill with dignity and respect which we are all very thankful for.

Bill's illness was devastating for all around him but especially for him, he was such a fit man, he was trapped in a body that slowly took away all his dignity, the last of course was his ability to talk, we shall miss him forever. One highlight was K & M's wedding in September last year, we all knew that Bill would be safe with T, whilst Jenny could enjoy the reception, thank you very much. Once again thank you for caring, you are all stars.

On behalf of our mother, my brother and I would like you to know how much we all appreciate the care which is given to our Mum by Homecare. A couple of Carers stand out from the others, A is one such carer, Mum is very happy with her and she is always very happy and smiling and caring with Mum. Nothing is too much trouble for A and she says she likes coming to Mum's.

We know our Mum is in safe hands.
