I was introduced to this company some time ago, and initially took gas and electricity with them. Being very satisfied with the service I subsequently added a landline and two mobiles. Along with the savings made on these services, I now benefit from free phone calls 24/7 which saves a substantial amount. When my current braodband contract expires I will certainly be adding this to my account. This company lives up to its literature and its guarantees, and in my opinion one would need to go a long way to match this service. Hopefully it will never be needed, but where else can you get ??20K insurance cover and redundancy cover along with all the other benefits for a membership of ??3 per month.

The Utility Warehouse is excellent for telephones, broadband, gas and electricty. I have been a customer for nearly two years and have no regrets. When I set my phone account, there was a problem caused by me giving the wrong information. I called their contact centre and the problem was resolved within ten minutes. This level of excellent service can be found throughout the Utilities Warehouse offerings.
Every excellent company needs outstanding personnel and Trevor fits the bill completely. He is thorough, ethical and cares passionately about the service he provides. Trevor has the rare ability to make you feel that you are the only customer he is dealing with and will go the extra mile to ensure your complete satisfaction. I have been using the services of The Utility Warehouse for about 2 years now for my Telephone line rental and calls, Gas and Electric, Internet and Mobile Phone and can honestly say it was the best move I have made. Each month I receive one fully itemised bill for all my services and this has made my monthly budgeting much easier. On the odd occaasion I have had to call the head office (which is based in this country) I have found the staff very courteous and helpful and only had to deal with one person. I also have my local Utilities Warehouse Distributor Trevor who is also available to discuss any queries I might have. I have reommended Utilities Warehouse to my friends, family and work colleagues who have switched their services over, and I have no hesitation in continuing to recommend them to others. I have been with The Utilities Warehouse for nearly 2 years and I can honestly say that during that time I have found both the company and my personal contact Trevor have given me the very highest of customer service, this is something I rarely experienced with my previous utilities supplier.
I currently use 3 of their services and will be adding other services in the future, the thing I like most is one bill per month fully itemised for the services I use, and that helps me with the financial budgeting.

I have been dealing with Trevor for nearly 18 months and he is extremely professional and honest, There have been instances where it was not financially viable to switch to Utilities Warehouse, however Trevor was up-front and honest with his assessment which is enlighting in this industry.

I met Trevor Lovett about 6 months ago at a networking event where he gave a short talk about Utility Warehouse.
I was very sceptical about the claims of ' saving me money ' particularly on Gas and Electric and even more-so on my telephone bills, which were exceptionally high.
Trevor made an appointment and collected my bills and did some calculations. These showed that there were considerable savings to be made.
There was an outstanding problem with British Gas, who supplied my gas and electric. Trevor spent many hours sorting out the problems for me and resolved the problem successfully. This was outside his normal remit and he showed consideration and caring on behalf of a potential customer.
I have since transferred very happily, and will be a customer for a long time.

As you are aware I have now been a customer of The Utilities Warehouse for my Telephone, Gas and Electric since August 2006, and I would like to say how pleased I am with the ease of transferring my Business Utilities from the previous suppliers to your company.

Early in 2006 I decide that as utility prices were increasing, I would look to see whether there was a better deal available for my home.
Trevor arranged to call at my home, carefully researched any potential savings and having established that he could indeed save me money, organised the switch to his company as my new provider for gas, electricity broadband internet and landline telephone services.
The changeover was painless, with only a minor self-inflicted problem with the new Broadband registration, he even sorted this in a timely and good natured way, and has kept in regular contact since, ensuring that I remain a happy customer.
In view of my personal experience of the superb service and aftercare Trevor offers, I have no hesitation in recommending him and the company whose services he offers to any potential new client.

I would like to say thank you for your advice on changing to The Utility Warehouse Discount club.
After many years of people turning up at my door telling me they could save me money if I switched to their company I had given up hope of finding a genuine person in the utilities business.
Meeting you has changed that opinion. During our first meeting you explained everthing I needed to know in a clear and professional manner. When you looked through my bills Iwas amazed at how much I could save (I was with British Gas).
The change over was extremely simple and you were on hand to make sure everthing went smoothly.

I thought having joined The Utility Warehouse in May 2005, after trying various other providers over a period of time I would pass on a few comments to you.
I have been most impressed with the customer service given mainly through you and also the Customer Service Department of The Utility Warehouse.
Having been a customer for six months, I am now seeing savings as compared to my previous providers and I know that other opportunities are available e.g. my international calls to my daughter in Australia and also the Electricity package, both of which I hope to discuss with you on my return from holiday in Australia.

I would like to send my thanks for the professionalism and patience you have shown in our recent dealings. We have completed the transfer of my gas, electricity, phone and now mobile over a period of time as each one became relevant. At no time did I ever feel under pressure from you. The transition has been very smooth without any hitches with billing etc. The good news is that it was something of a non-event except fot the reduction in my bills!

We have been dealing with Trevor since first meeting him in April, we have always found him to be very efficient, knowledgable and keen to provide a high standard of customer service.
We have swapped our phones and gas and electric to Utility warehouse and have noticed and immediate drop in the amount that we are paying!
