We had a great time at Grosvenor Casino, the poker went really well. the dealers were great and very helpful, particular with the new players.

The buffet put on by the casino was great and arrived at just the right time as the beer was taking effect.

The ladies night did not disappoint. We ended up staying at the casino in Portsmouth too long.

Having used casinos apart from Grosvenor before, I must admit I was dubious about Grosvenor. Simon made us all feel very comfortable with the whole gambling experience from start to finish, a fab night.

Thanks for the e-mail, I have now spoken to all the staff that attended our evening at Grosvenor Casino with you and they all had a great time.

The buffet was great and so was the service. We did all say that after the buffet we would of all liked something sweet, a bit like a mince pie or small cake of some kind. Perhaps that could be included into your buffet menu or we could buy it seperately.

The staff on the floor with the tables were fantastic and opened up a table for us all to play roulette together on.

People are already talking about coming back next year.

Our visit to Grosvenor Casino tonight was very good. Food in restaurant was excellent, waiter delightful. It was nice to come and see people a bit more dressed rather than jean like it was a few years ago. Customer service from Angela & waiter was brilliant.
