Steve delivered an excellent series of afternoon workshops to a diverse group of SME's during the back end of 2008 and into 2009. I have worked in many organisations from public sector NHS, Charities to SME?s and major
International organisations. In each of these organisations I managed a team of people from 5 to 10 people. Every year during an annual review the staff would request a pay award even if they knew
the company had not performed well. I always struggled to motivate them by other means then just
