I found Tom Hughes to be consistently professional, polite,respectful,helpful, friendly and courteous at all times. Also Tom will go that extra mile in assisting one of his Candidates..he even drove me to see one of his clients. No wonder why he is in the position that he is and no wonder why this Company win awards in the way that they do.In fact, I observed all the staff when being interviewed and saw that they also were polite and professional in the way that they explained things and also dealt with new Candidates.

Other Agencies need to take a leaf out of their book..without a doubt moreover as some, I have noticed,can be very rude not only in what they state but also in their attitude towards Candidates.

Sally was, & still continues to be extremely courteous, polite, helpful & very respectful, which is not always forthcoming for someone of a mature age as myself. I am more than pleased with the attitude & professionalism of all the staff in the Portsmouth office.

Definitely I had Sally Robinson dealing with my job search and she found me a good temp job within 3 days of being out of work. Now I am looking for work again she has come up with another temp job really quickly. She is very well organised, efficiently and really easy to talk to.

I have used Select for the last couple of years to provide employees for my company in various roles. We have an excellent working relationship with them, especially David and Sally. I have found their service far superior to any other agency i have used. They are always very poilte and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Select has bent over backwards to help us recruit a large local telesales team. Instead of the usual agency tack of thinking how much commission they can earn from each placement, Select considered our needs (and budget) in the type of person we wanted and the long term relationship as there is such a high turnover with this kind of recruitment.

We cannot praise Select enough and in particular Tom for his constant enthusiasm and delivery of candidates.

Other agencies we've used don't event come close in the level of service. We strongly recommend Select to employers' looking for an agency prepared to be flexible without lowering standards.

Well they try their best to find the right job that would suit you. It may take longer than we expected, but i guess nothing happens before its time. They are very friendly as well. I remember walking in their for the first, I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner and even offered drink and a snack.That was very nice, in fact, none of the other agencies had that type of hospitality.

I used Select Appointments when seeking new employment i found the service excellent the staff were really helpful, the turnaround was very prompt. I found employment within first day of registering with them, would highly recommend them to people seeking employment.
