You can either go there for just drinks, or sit at the table and have food - very good by the way. Their proximity to the fish market is definitely a plus, they obviously have daily supplies! Careful it is very busy on Friday nights!

The meal was excellent, just steak and chips.... but the best steak and chips I have ever eaten! Steak was high quality and cooked to perfection, the knife glided through it like butter. Chips cook in goose fat made them crispy, fluffy and extremely tasty. The sauce was out of this world.
Even the snacks were amazing??? whatever the Olives had been marinated was so moorish I managed two helpings!

The Waitress was very helpful and offered recommendations on wine, specials, and desserts. Table cleared, food delivered efficiently.

Due to the lovely weather we ate in the garden at the back of the restaurant, with its fairy lights, well planted garden and shiny furniture I felt as if I could have been in a secluded Taverna in the Mediterranean.

By far the best place I have eaten in Portsmouth this year.

If you like seafood, with a nice atmosphere then definitely worth a visit!
