“I was referred to the Belgrave Group by our son's partner (after purchasing properties herself), she showed me her brochures and documentation and introduced me to Mike who contacted me very quickly with further explanation of the process.
Once I had made the decision to purchase and selected the property Mike made the process run smoothly and quickly and before I knew it I too owned a rental property in the States.
He put me in contact with a bank official who guided me through the process of setting up an American bank account and with Marilyn the letting agent.
After sales have been excellent, Jo is in contact regularly to make sure everything is running smoothly, they are always there to give advice and reassurance, my property did not let immediately and Jo worked tirelessly with the letting agent to get me a tenant and I now get my regular monthly payments into the bank account.
I would certainly recommend anybody thinking of investing in property abroad to look at what Belgrave offers, they won't be disappointed, and as soon as commitments allow I will repeat the process for a second property.

I would like to thank you all regarding my second property purchase at Oak Springs Court in Stone mountain. Like the first property I purchased, you made what could be a difficult process so easy from start to finish.
I am sure that the attention you pay to your clients needs and reducing the stress involved with this kind of transaction encouraged me to purchase again, and once purchased and renovated I had tenants signed up and paying rent within a week. I would also like to express my thanks for the hospitality shown to me on my visit to Atlanta on your April inspection trip, from picking me up and dropping me off at the airport to driving me to my properties for me to inspect, not to mention a great eating experience on the Saturday Evening.
If anybody is looking for a company to purchase properties in Atlanta, I would not hesitate in recommending The Belgrave Group.

Just back from a fantastic weekend in Atlanta....have to say any worries or concerns I had about investing there have all been put to rest. I had a great time viewing some excellent properties in some cracking areas.The guys at Belgrave couldnt have been more helpful or informative..they really have done their homework.
James in particular seems to know the place like the back of his hand ,we were all pretty impressed by his knowledge on the ground.Thanks alot to Nigel, Mike and James for their kind hospitality.

Just a quick note to thank you and Belgrave Group on helping me to buy a house in Atlanta. Having visited Atlanta before and seeing for myself the fantastic houses in and around the Stone Mountain area, I was very surprised at the prices that they can be bought for.
The whole process only took a few months before my firstrental cheque was in my American bank account.

We were impressed with the way The Belgrave Group explained the buying procedure to us and we felt that you dealt with our purchase very professionally and informatively. The information provided to us on how to open an American bank account, Tax Laws and letting agents was all very reassuring and we were delighted with the presentation of the house after redecoration.
The house was let within two weeks of being with the letting agents and we would have no hesitation in recommending The Belgrave Group to anyone looking to invest in an American property.
We found Matt (adviser), Jo and Nigel (after sales) very helpful both before and after the purchase, nothing was too much trouble and the whole procedure panned out exactly as Matt said it would.

I have to admit that I had expected the houses to be run down and in bad areas, but they were quite the opposite, and I really didn't expect that!
I'm so pleased that we went there to see for ourselves and I can now relax knowing that my investment is in safe and capable hands. I would definately be purchasing another property there - my only disappointment was that you sold out on this trip.
We had such a great time that we are planning to go back there again for a longer holiday, there was so much to see and do - I do absolutely love Atlanta, so much nicer than Las Vegas or Florida and the people were very welcoming. Just Wish I had stayed a little longer.

My friend had referred me to Belgrave Group (after purchasing a property himself) and after looking through his documentation and brochures I made an appointment with Nigel to visit the sales office in Southampton.
I choose a 4 bed property upon visiting Belgrave Group on their busy Open Weekend (which I was very impressed with). Nigel took me into a room where I was given total privacy to make my decision and have an indepth conversation into the investment and areas.
It was made completely hassle free and Belgrave made it a simple and smooth investment (taking care of everything for me). You also put me in contact with the relevant parties to set up my American bank account and put a tax specialist in place, the service didnt stop after my purchase.
Everyone I have spoken to and dealt with through Belgrave Group have been incredibly helpful and I could not have asked for any more. Marc at Acumen Property Management has been very good and has been managing my property successfully and once I had signed off my agreement it was tenanted quickly. I have been receiving my rental directly into my bank account now and I am receiving the exact rent Belgrave quoted me. All in all I am really happy.

The inspection trip organized for investors through Belgrave was a worthwhile exercise and set into context there business model which served to raise confidence in purchasing other properties through them in the in the future. Serious buy to let investors should look closely at the opportunities available in the Atlanta area and especially the returns obtainable which far outweigh those in the UK in both yield and the long term potential for capital growth.
The willingness of the team to offer a personal service comes across especially in resolving any issues that might arise which is important in light of the distance involved and helps to make the process straight forward.

Just a short note to thank James and Mike at Belgrave for their help on our visit to Atlanta, we had looked into the purchase of a property in Atlanta for quite a while and with help from yourself plus all the contacts you put forward we opted for the Stone Mountain/Lithonia district. We were wary and unsure what we might find, could it be a photograph on the lawn? was it what we were told and expecting?
Well yes it was this and more. Atlanta is a lovely and huge place with the people being very friendly, Stone Mountain which is about 20 minutes from the centre of Atlanta is green with lots and lots of trees we thought it was like the UK with sun, our house is fantastic and a bargain, we have tenants in and have been paid on the dot into our new bank account set up by Belgrave and Shirley..the legal's were easy and all very pain-less. We are looking at another purchase early next year (2012) and we will be buying a bigger property 4-5 bedroom. Many thanks and keep in touch.
