I like the fact that I can go in Direct Carpet Centre and browse at my own pace without any hassle from staff.

The staff are very polite and helpful when asked. My carpet was then layed in my house the very next day. Express delivery and service. Cheap too.

great personal service - I was able to take samples home to compare the colour of the carpet with the decor of rooms.

They came to the house within 24 hours to measure and were able to fit the carpet very quickly.
