“Once you have decieded to lease a flat / house, the admin fee is in excess of ??200. Is an excessive fee for essentially just pressing print - however, they are not alone as all letting agents in Portsmouth I have come accross charge similar amounts. To improve thios service I suggest removing this fee as they make money from the bot rent (and service charges to the landlord).”
