ROKO Portsmouth

My personal trainer really seems to care about the improvements that I make and making sure I get the best training possible.

Been using Roko Portsmouth for nearly six months, go nearly every day and really enjoy allof the classes.

Fantastic club!!!!!! I have been a member at 4 of the large Health Clubs in the city. I have to say that in my opinion; Roko is the nicest club for people with families in the city. Although it does look huge from the outside, the atmosphere inside is relaxed and informal.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The gym instructors are always happy to help you amend and change your programme; as you progress with your fitness level. If you prefer to just do classes, they have a great selection to choose from!!!! All of the instructors are very friendly, welcoming, and go out of their way to make new people feel welcome. Definitely suggest that you give it a try.........

Fantastic facility for the price. Very helpful staff throughout the club and, having never joined a health club before, my fears about using a gym for the first time were overcome thanks to an excellent induction. I am thoroughly enjoying being a member and have started to make new friends at the club.
