I recently broke down and called you.
I know that you do not run a tow in service but you said that you would have someone with me in a few minutes.
I received a call from a tow company and was at your garage within 25 minutes.
Not only did you analyze the problem with the vehicle, you also serviced it; which saved it being booked in on another day; and had me back on the road within 2 hours.

I wish to express my sincere thanks for the service and MOT you carried out for me last week.
When you could have saidI needed 2 new tyres you said that could wait 3-4 months likewise with the break pads. You found a nail in one of my tyres and were prepared to wait for me to get to the Garage after your business hours in order to remove it.

I would like to thank you and your staff for your efficiency recently.
My clutch packed in and I had the vehicle towed into your workshop.
This being my delivery vehicle, the job was urgent. I was called later the same day to advise that the vehicle was ready for collection. Not only did you do the clutch but you also carried out an inspection which revealed that the stabilizer link needed replacing and the rear exhaust box was nearly rusted through.

Absolutely Fantastic garage!!!!!!!!!! I needed an MOT in a hurry, and they fitted me in the same day. I was struggling to book a taxi, so one of their staff gave me a lift home.

The following day they called exactly at the time they said they would, my car needed work doing before it would pass the MOT. They gave me an estimate for the cost of the work, and the time it would take to complete the work. I phoned about half an hour before the time they'd said, to find the car was ready, and the cost was within a couple of pounds of their estimate. It was a real pleasure to do business with them; I couldn't possibly recommend them enough A+++++++++++++++

Had to book last minute for an MOT & they fitted me in on that day. Very easy if you're close to the City centre as I just dropped it off and walked back in to work.

They phoned and told me what was required for my permission before they carried on with any further work and offered me a more cost-effective option to get the car through its MOT. Final bill wasn't a shock and very impressed with the overall service.

If you're looking for a centrally based garage try them, I'd certainly recommend them.

Top flight car servicing. I have used this company, without any problems, for the last two years. During that time, they have serviced, repaired and MOT'd my car at reasonable cost and in a timely manner. They also offer premium quality tyres at competitive prices and the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable. I have recommended them to family, friends and customers and will have no hesitation in doing so in the future.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the continued excellent sevice you provide.
You serviced my car on April and as always it was noticeably better afterwards. The engine sounded better, pulled stronger and even the fuel economy increased by around 50 miles per tank, which is an improvement of about 15%! I always appreciate that even though it's an older car now, you still take care to cover the interior to keep it clean.
Not only are you cheaper than the manufacturer's garages but i reckon you do a better job too!
The most impressive thing is that, with all the grief i put mi car through, I still only have to give it to you once a year and you keep it running like new for the entire year. It is still purring like it was serviced yesterday. I have no hesitation in recommending you to any prospective customers.

Having been a car driver and owner for 40 years, I have generally regarded my appointments with my local garage to be similar to a visit to the dentist. It's painful, it's difficult to get a suitable appointment and generally costs an arm and a leg for the pleasure & generally requires several visits. Recently you MOT'd my car, and gave me sensible & timely advice. The booking was made to suit my time scale and the final bill was exactly what you said it would be, with no hidden extras.
