Bradley Davies & his young team were reliable,concientious & willing. Our job entailed extremely large & heavy RSJ steelwork which other builders that where asked to estimate for the job, felt that it was beyond them, but this did not phase Brad & the boys.
Davies Developements were competitively priced, always on time & reasonably tidy during the demolition work, as best can be expected in the circumstances. We would not hesitate in recomending Brad and the boys to others, for which we have done already...

A recommendation for a builder nowadays is like gold dust and I have no hesitation in providing one for Davies Developments.

I had some French doors put into a wall which had normal windows. The finished job was excellent.

One of the things that most impressed me most was the communication throughout the job; they contacted me and kept me updated all the way. There are lots of good builders but ones that communicate so well are indeed a rare find.
