The owner was so helpful and friendly. The full english breakfast helped settle the hangover and went down a treat. Rooms were clean and perfect standard for a short break away..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's beautiful and clean and, although near to all everything, it's very quiet, thus ensuring a good nights sleep !! The friendliness and courteousness of the housekeeper and Garry completed a very relaxing stay for us.

We enjoyed the freedom of having our own set of keys and being able to come in really late. The bed and breakfast was tidy and clean and the house keeper was very friendly.

Personal attention by owner, extremely helpful saving us both time and money by advising on route back up to Blackpool by avoiding what I thought was the best way not being familiar with the area. Also saved a great deal of money by Gary suggesting rather than driving into town and parking to take the bus from around the corner, being senior citizens use our bus passes.

We received a very warm welcome by the House Keeper, the breakfast was great and the b & b was very clean and tidy. When we return to Portsmouth we will definitely be back to stay.

We had a lovely stay here. It was a last minute booking and we were very pleased with what we found. The host pleasant and the rooms were very clean. If we visit Portsmouth again we will be sure to come back.. Linda
