Thanks for the coaching sessions. I found these really helpful and they've given me a lot of food for thought. I've got some smallish internal presentations coming up and I'm looking forward to putting some of the learning into practice.

I wanted to let you know that as a result of taking your leadership coaching class and those that followed, I was brave enough to take the plunge and deal with the issues directly when I returned to work. In addition, I decided to look actively for another post - and was offered a post .I have been here three months now; I absolutely love my new job and I'm very happy here! Now I spend a lot of my time telling delegates how good the Leadership Programme is and how much I enjoyed it.Thank you for all your help and advice you gave me. Had I not attended I would no doubt have still been where I was!

A chappy I joined with has just stopped meto pass on some very complimentary feedback he had heard from his colleague regarding his experience of the Effective Leadership programme this week. The delegate had commented on how much they had enjoyed it and how well it had been delivered and had remarked to the chap I joined with "You know, leadership training here is excellent
