“Reviews - Companyreview_textI was let down by Arvella Bridal of Lyndhurst in July 2008 just a month to go. I had ordered and paid for my Pronovias dress in full November 2007. My mother phoned Nickie with details of the dress and size, and by the next day Nicki had contacted Pronovias in Spain and sourced the dress. It was Fedex'd and arrived two days later in perfect condition. Nickie fitted and altered the dress for size, and suggested altering the design to include covered buttons and loops at the back instead of the zip. As I didn't wear a veil, this finished the dress off beautifully at the back, and made it feel more personal to me. She even had a blue bow sewn into the dress! On top of this, she didn't pass on the Fedex charges. Nickie and her staff were kind, calm and proffesional. I would recommend any 'bride to be' to go and meet her to discuss what sort of dress they want. You can't go wrong.”
