I was not kept waiting for my first booked appointment. I had a good consultation at Koncept Hair Design.The latest cutting techniques were used to enhance my selected style. The wash basins are very comfortable - no neckache.

Cappuccino was offered as well as normal coffee & tea & served in nice sized cups & saucers. All my questions were answered professionally.

Customer handbag hooks would be useful- I had to put my handbag down on the hairy floor.

Really friendly and down to earth staff, refreshing atmosphere, relaxing, was actually an enjoyable experience... what going to a hair salon should be like!

Made me feel welcome, understood what I wanted done and delivered! Would definitely recommend and go back.

Fabulous hairdressers, friendly and relaxing environment and employees. Wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. Gave useful styling advice to maintain the cut and colour.

Lots of highly reccommendable products for sale and good advice on what is needed for your hair type. Client records made so that they know what you want the next time you visit. Perfect!
