I have known Antonia Godward for some years now and have always found her to be highly professional and very personable. I have experienced Antonia's"healing hands" when I had back pain which needed immediate therapy.

I'm very fortunate in that I don't tend to suffer from aches and pains very much at all but that only makes me far more aware of it, if I ever do find that 'm having any kind of a problem.

My wife has suffered from severe headaches for a number of years due to a slow-growing tumor. The solution of conventional medicine was to apply powerful drugs.

Reflexology was suggested to us as a possible help in dealing with the headaches. We were introduced to Antonia through business colleagues and her expert use of Reflexology over several months has provided much needed relief from the worst of the frequent headaches. While not a cure, the underlying cause is still present, my wife's body has been able to reestablish an equilibrium and reduce the severity of the headaches.

I have used Antonia Godward's sports injury massage services in Southampton on many occasions, sometimes because of an injury and sometimes for pure indulgence. My daughter is an elite athlete and say's that Antonia's sports massage is the best she has ever had, gentle to the touch unlike some which are rough, and very effective in the results.
