I just thought I would drop you a quick note to say thank you so much for everything you have done for me recently.

As you know, you have been busy finding me new tenants for the flat. To make life harder for you, I have been asking you to fill single rooms on a flat share basis and not the whole flat. Time after time, you always come up with the goods for me, each time filling the rooms with good tenants.

Obviously, with not living in the area and having other properties to deal with, it can be very stressful and concerning when the flat is empty. With interest rates rising on what seems to be a regular basis, having the flat empty is very scary.
