On behalf of our whole family I cant thank you and the team enough for the love and support you gave to both dad and mum. I know they both really appreciated the time everyone spent with them, and the care shown to dad was fantastic.
I am so pleased that there was lots of fun and laughter with the girls over the last two days, and dad was in a happy environment.

All the Carers at Nobilis in Southampton are much appreciated. They are always on time which must be sometimes difficult with so much traffic at times. They have all contributed to making Pat's (George) life comfortable, for which we are both pleased..

To all the boys & girls at "Nobilis" just to thank you all for your care of our father, Harry. As you know it was no longer enough for him, as he didnt like being left alone even for an hour or two.

You'll be relieved to know he is doing well at the hospital, and onThursday he is going to stay at woodley grange care home. He has a lovely new room in the newly refurbished wing, and is able to take his chair and a few personal items with him. We hope he will soon settle in and he will feel "at home" there. Thank you again.

I would like to take this opportunity of expressing my thanks and appreciation for all the expertise, care, friendliness and professionalism extended to our client, Mary, who sadly passed away in Basingstoke Hospital on 8 March 2011, after a brief illness, of pneumonia.

It certainly goes a long way to the caring of my clients when they are happy and content with the care they receive from carers provided from companies such as your own.

Mary only ever was happy with the service provided by your staff, especially Jeanette, who attended her more regularly than others.

I would also like to say how much the assistance afforded me with extra medication and my requests for showering etc. On specific days (to accommodate dressing changes on Mary's legs) were always complied to. Further, how the notes from carers on their observations afforded me valuable information when assessing Mary and making arrangements for professional medical visits, e.g. Doctors, District Nurses, etc.

I must also commend your office staff for their professional approach and knowledge of my client whenever I telephoned.

From my experience with your company, and my contented client as support, I would certainly take pleasure in recommending your services whenever I am afforded the opportunity.

Keep up your good work - it truly is appreciated by more people than you know.

I am writing in the hope that you may welcome feedback about one of your care workers, namely Carol Ward.

Carol has been coming to us since August 2009 to look after, bath and put to bed our five year old daughter Hannah. At all times she has been punctual, polite, hard working and remaining calm under pressure.

Her contribution has ensured that the pressures that my wife Jane faced have been largely reduced. I believe Carol to be a great asset to your organisation.

Erika from Nobilis Care has been working closely with a service user on my case load for the past few moths and her input has been invaluable. Erika entered a very complex social situation but by using her excellent communication skills, patience and knowledge she was able to improve the day to day life of the service user.

I strongly feel that Erika has gone 'above and beyond' in her role as a support worker and the regular feedback she provided enabled me in the assessment process. Erika never failed to practise in a manner which was professional, empathetic and respectful, always paying attention to the service user's wishes and dignity.

I would like to thank Erika and hope that this letter will ensure that her outstanding attitude receives the recognition it deserves. Erika will no longer be supporting this lady as she has now moved to a residential nursing home. I hope, however, that she is aware of the pivotal role she played in maintaining the service user's quality of life and overallhappiness.

Hannah Pearse - Senior Community Nurse

Dear Selina and Damon,

I think you will almost certainly be aware that Kathleen passed away last Friday.

It was something of a shock for the family coming so soon after the passing of Jeffrey.

Rodney, Jeffrey and Kathleen's son, will be arriving in the UK tomorrow to prepare for the funeral and to begin dealing with the practical issues involved.

We would like to thank everyone at Nobilis in Southampton for all your support for both Jeffrey and Kathleen over the last couple of years. We are aware that Jeffrey came to greatly trust and depend on you both and of course all the Nobilis carers and Kathleen enjoyed a close relationship with many of her carers.
