The property we moved into was not cleaned to the expected standards and the repairs carried out were done cheaply and ineffectively.

my only complaint is that I don't like the monthlystatements. I can never work out wether my tenant is in arrears or not.

Dissapointed that I had to keep ringing for updates on the status but loved how they listened and showed us a variety of properties in one sitting. Much better than the other 6 agents we dealt with.
