“When I first rang and explained my problems Court Information Solutions Limited gave me an initial evaluation of my problem over the phone. They then remotely accessed my PC which saved me time and did a housekeeping review for me.

I felt that they provided a very good service and I didn't feel 'ripped off' nor did they take advantage of the fact that I do not understand the inner workings of the computer. ”
