I have recently attended the ActionCOACH Business Coaching Growth 90 Day Planning Workshop having set up my own business just over three years ago. I felt that I had reached a point that I was beginning to lose track of where the business was going and how it could be developed.

After attending the course, I felt motivated and able to achieve anything. The course looked at my weaknesses and helped determine my strengths. It was well structured and motivational. The course environment was friendly and pleasant and the follow up second to none.

Just a short note to let you know how much I enjoyed your 90 day seminar which I attended last week. It was extremely useful to be able to take time out of the day to day running of the business and, with your and Jonathan's guidance, to take a deep breath and look at the business objectively and realistically.

It helped me put into focus my goals and what I need to do to achieve them over the next 3 months and beyond. Most importantly it gave me back my enthusiasm for the business, something which I thought irrecoverably lost!
