A quick email to Select Appointments, Bournemouth to say a massive thank you for your persistance and dedication in helping me through this somewhat tricky time.

As you were aware I had spoken with a number of agencies but do feel that you took a real interest in finding roles that would really suit me as opposed to just sending my cv to jobs you needed to fill, every interview (although not all successful on my part) I left thinking that each position had great scope for me long term.

I recently had the opportunity to experience the excellent and professional service provided by Faye Gliddon at Select Appointments Bournemouth when we were recruiting for the position of PA/Development Team Coordinator.

Faye’s communication with me was timely and precise, and she left no stone unturned in finding out exactly what the job role was and what we were looking for. Faye really paid attention to detail and through her actions demonstrated her ability and desire to provide the highest possible service.

Faye only sent me a select number of CVs, which was ideal, and the caliber of them was extremely high. This showed that Faye had really listened to our requirements and had accurately conveyed them through her advertising.

The overviews for each candidate, which accompanied the CVs, were very informative and gave me more of a personal feel for the individuals, prior to interview. I also felt that Faye was sincere in discussing the attributes for each candidate that best suited the position and the Company.

Faye was adaptable when asked to organise skill tests for the candidates at late notice prior to the interviews and she had briefed the candidates very well prior to their interviews. Faye’s feedback following the interviews was swift and informative and she sought as much information as possible from me for the unsuccessful candidates, so as to give them detailed feedback.

I am pleased to say that with Faye’s assistance we successfully recruited for the role and our new PA/ Development Team Coordinator is settling in nicely.

I cannot fault the professional and friendly service provided by Faye and I would have no hesitation in utilising her services in the future or recommending her to other human resource acquaintances.

I can confirm that I have been working with SelectAppointments since July 2005. The main account manager has been Jamie Fish who has been backed up by Evie McDonnell and Liz Normandale.

Due to Selects commitment to providing me with quality temporary staff they became my sole provider within the Contact Team for all new members. This was mainly due to the time spent by Select with the team and myself to make sure that they understood my needs and that of the business.

When recruiting for permanent staff I always put the request to several recruitment agencies but Select always seem to find the right calibre of staff and I have interviewed 100% of candidates sent to me. They always turn up for the interview and have been briefed correctly.
