Yes, The Disc provides a bespoke code that feeds testimonials directly to your own website. You don't need to do anything else as it automatically updates your site each time we make your reviews live. This also helps maintain regular content updates for Google.

What happens with negative feedback?

Any negative or constructive feedback is first moderated. Before anything goes in to the public domain we must be satisfied that it is fair and unbiased. It is sent by email to you in confidence and it is your decision whether you wish to follow up on it. (Although constant negative feedback will result in us reviewing the service we provide to you.)

Yes, the service can help if you are required to have an impartial feedback system in place. These include financial services e.g. financial or mortgage advisers that adhere to FCA (Financial Conduct Authority). Those in the care industry as required by CQC (Care Quality Commission) such as care homes, first aid providers, dentists, cosmetic surgeons are also helped.

There's no minimum term contract. It's a rolling monthly service; all we require is one month's written notice to cancel.
