Don't you just love getting that little something free with a service?

How often do you say no to a free biscuit with your coffee, or a free consultation with someone important?

These things probably won't cost a lot in the long run, but they go a long way. Satisfaction is bound to be higher when you are going the extra mile to please someone by adding a little something they didn't expect.

Think about it. A satisfied customer or client is a valuable one. After all, these are the people spreading the word about your business. Are they not worth a little bit extra?
