Primrose Lodge Southbourne is a wonderful care home with a great community atmosphere. There is a great cross section of staff, male and female and mature and younger. There are always events and activities planned and yet at no time are the resident's obligated if they don't wish. The house is situated in beautiful well maintained grounds and there are communal pets and a fish tank, all things that I know the resident's take great pleasure from.Review provided by

I am so very happy at Primrose Lodge Southbourne. The staff are wonderful and I really enjoy all my meals.
All the staff at Primrose Lodge Southbourne Care Home are excellent here and very kind and the food is very good.
I would like to thank everyone at Primrose Lodge for the care taken of mum during her stay with you. Within a couple of weeks, she was transformed into her old self and for the first time for a long time I had the pleasure of seeing her laugh, she was so relaxed and content. She always had a good word for the staff who looked after her, how caring they were and how she could not wish for better.
