I have nothing but praise for each and everyone of the staff, I am always treaded with respect and dignity. My GP is amazing he is so patient with me,as are others that I have had to see at the practise when not able to see my own GP I cannot say anything negative about the practice as a whole or the staff, so well done each and everyone of you. You all do an amazing job THANK YOU ????

i'm 22 years of age. Constant stomach and chest pain. i have to beg to get tests done because i'm always being sent out with a prescription that doesn't help at all. I have doctors appointments booked, i book emergency ones because im in agony and they cancel my other appointments without my knowledge or consent. i dont feel like im being treated as an individual. i have made comments to the surgery with no feedback. im really poorly and i havent been getting any helpful treatment. i am very dissapointed in this surgery as ive been more than patient. i think its time to go to another doctors surgery

I rang this morning as I had run out of tablets which are not on a repeat and I have to work today so I could not get down to drop a letter in requesting a new batch of tablets, I found the receptionist quite hard work to be honest trying to get a request in was horrendous I do understand that its not a process they normally do but I need my depression medication and it wasn't a deliberate choice that I could not make it there to drop a letter in I felt like giving up to be honest and not having a prescription at all. Awful experience

  • Rude receptionist!

I called to cancel a moring appointment for myself as I had two children who had been up through the night being sick. I had been trying to get through from when they opened at 8.30, obviously this is a busy time for them and I couldn't get through until 8.45, my appointment was at 9. The receptionist was very rude and told me twice how I had wasted an appointment and it was a bit late to cancel an appointment now (because obviously I had chosen for my children to be ill??) It was very insensitive and really not the right thing to say to a sleep deprived mum whose been shoveling sick all night! Thankfully I know the other staff, nurses and doctors are all fabulous, hopefully it was just a one off grumpy morning for both of us?

My family and I have been with the surgery since summer 2008 and are very happy with the level of care and service provided. Have had changed a few GPs due course and everyone was very helpful. My daughter and I have recently moved to different areas but asked our GP to keep us as out-of-area patients. So so happy and our GP is a proper family doctor who has supported us during some very difficult times and personal circumstances
